AI processing is required for the app to function. When you record a voice note, your audio recording is automatically sent to OpenAI (via our secure backend) for speech-to-text transcription and title generation. Without this, the core functionality of the app cannot be delivered.
When you use AI Actions (rewrite, summarize, or translate), your transcription text is also sent to OpenAI for processing.

Some data, such as your saved transcriptions, is stored locally on your device. No voice recordings or transcription text are shared with any other third party, sold, or used for advertising purposes.
